During these times, that the media chooses to coin as "uncertain", I feel that there is always something positive to focus on. Right now the positives in the real estate world are low interest rates, the number of properties to choose from, great time to buy more house or to down size, perfect time to build your real estate portfolio. It is a great time to sell and it is a great time to buy!!!
Not only can I list your home or sell you one, I also have 11 years experience with auctions. There are often times when listing a home does not work for the customer. I feel that my knowledge of how auctions work enables me to have clear understanding of the market- not just locally, but throughout Middle Tennessee and the entire state.
I started in the real estate business in 1999 with Bob Parks Realty in the relocation department. In 2000, I changed direction and became the Director of Business Development for Bob Parks Auction Company. I knew that this was where I supposed to be - I had found my "calling." I got my real estate license and auctioneer license and haven't looked back.
